MECHI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the PEPRY mobile application (the “App”). A. Personal Information You Provide:

• Account Data: When you create a cloud sync account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.
• User-Generated Data: To provide the App’s core functionality, we collect the data you input, which may include research compounds, dosage amounts, schedules, weight logs, and injection sites.

B. Automatically Collected Data:

• Device and Usage Data: We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and operating system) and app usage data (such as feature interactions and crash reports) to improve the App’s performance.
• Advertising Data: We use third-party advertising SDKs that may collect your device’s Advertising ID and non-precise location data to serve advertisements.

C. Financial Data:

• Subscription Information: If you purchase a premium subscription, your payment is processed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We utilize a third-party service to verify your active subscription status. We never collect, process, or store your raw credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Enable cross-device cloud synchronization of your tracking data.
• Process and manage your premium subscription entitlements.
• Serve advertisements (for free-tier users).
• Analyze usage trends to improve App functionality and user experience.
• Respond to customer support inquiries.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ select third-party services to facilitate our App’s functionality. These providers have access to your data only to perform these specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Supabase: Utilized for secure cloud database storage and user authentication.
• RevenueCat: Utilized for validating and managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Google AdMob: Utilized to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use device data and Advertising IDs to provide ads.

Data Isolation Promise: Your user-generated tracking data (compounds, dosages, weight, injection sites) is stored securely and is never sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App’s services.

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. You can exercise this right directly within the App:

1. Navigate to the Options menu.
2. Select Data Management.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data.

Completing this action will permanently and instantly remove your email, authentication credentials, and all synchronized tracking backups from our active servers.

5. Security of Your Information

We utilize industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.
